Step 1:

Get yourself an IBC or two, preferably black.  IBC tanks  come in both white and black

We use two IBC tanks so a family can get up to 4 hours of cooking gas a day using two buckets of food waste and to ensure that if one goes sour or stops producing you still have another tank active to keep you going and reinoculate the one that went down.
